When will my order be delivered?
A: Between Mondays to Fridays 08:00-17:00 (Excluding Weekends & Public Holiday’s)
GAUTENG: If Ordered before 8am, takes between 1-2 Business Day (Should there be no changes made during the process)
OUTSIDE GAUTENG: If Ordered before 8am, takes between 1-3 Business Days (Should there be no changes made during the process.
VERY IMPORTANT:
- We take no responsibility for orders not delivered in time due to any reason that caused a delay. Unfortunately we have limited control over unforeseen circumstances.
- Ensure your delivery details are accurate to the fullest to void any delivery delays.
- Ensure you provide a South African Mobile number to the order for delivery. We unfortunately will not be able to dispatch order without that as the Courier needs it to contact you for delivery.
What times do you deliver?
A: Our couriers deliver to your door between 08h00 and 17h00 on business days. If you need your parcel delivered at a specific time, please email or call us and we’ll do our best to make it happen.
Can you deliver same day?
GAUTENG: If Ordered before 8am, takes up to 1-2 Business Day (Should there be no changes made during the process)
- Book a suitable timeslot with us for Uber Connect Same-Day Package Delivery during business hours (Buyers Expense). We will notify once order is ready to be collected.
- Book a suitable timeslot with us for Self Collection during business hours.

Can you deliver on public holidays?
A: No, couriers don’t deliver on public holidays or weekends.

When do I get my tracking number?
A: We process & dispatch orders on business days. Once your parcel is ready for dispatch, we will send you your tracking number (these emails are usually sent at about 17h00 every day). If your order is placed Saturday or Sunday, we will process and dispatch it on the next business day.
